9. Tour Booking Terms

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made more than 30 days before the tour date will receive a full refund. Cancellations made 15-30 days before will receive 50% refund. Cancellations made within 14 days of the tour will not be refunded.

Age Restrictions: Children under 5 years old may not participate in certain tours. Please contact us for specific tour requirements.

Health & Safety: You acknowledge that safari activities may be physically demanding. Participants should be in good health. We reserve the right to deny participation if we believe it's unsafe.
